Kirsten is an experienced medical herbalist, registered naturopath and plant-based nutritionist. She has been in private practice for many years, and has run natural health retreats from the mountains to the sea: in the French Pyrenees, the Medoc, and on the west coast of Jutland. Her main interest is to help people maintain and regain control of their own health and wellbeing.

Private appointments are either in-person or online, they last an hour and cost £65. Diet analyses and personal treatment plans are included in the price. Prescribed herbs and supplements are not.

Low cost appointments are also either in-person or online. They last 45 minutes and cost £25. Your appointment is with Kirsten, but final-year natural health practitioner students will be attending as part of their training. Kirsten remains directly responsible for the consultation and your care.
